Edible Forest ‘Tour, Taste & Educate’

Our Edible Forest is nothing like you would have experienced before with over 300 plants that are grown either for edible or medicinal purposes, planted within a one acre forest garden that supplies edible produce every day of the year.

Be guided by one of the team at Yarra Valley Estate who lovingly created the space, learn the health benefits and reasons why individual plants were selected as you meander through the different areas including tea, wetlands, bush tucker, edible flowers, Temperate rain-forest & berry woodlands.

After a tour, wander through our newly opened Edible Forest Nursery where you will find a beautiful selection of edible and medicinal plants that we propagate and grow on site. And our harvest shop that holds produce and preserves made from the garden that you too can enjoy. The nursery is open Wednesday – Friday 11am-3pm (Saturday 1pm-3pm).
