Please note: Winter Tours
From June to August, our Tour, Taste & Educate experience shifts with the seasons. While fruit and herb tastings are limited in the colder months, winter is when the forest rests and regenerates.

Your tour will include a guided walk through the Edible Forest, with insights into:

  • How we maintain the forest through winter
  • What we’re planting, pruning and preparing for spring
  • Interesting plants that thrive in the cooler months

Our nursery remains open with seasonal plants available for purchase.
