Led by a member of our team, you’ll explore the Edible Forest — home to more than 350 edible and medicinal plants selected for their ability to nourish, heal, attract wildlife, or improve the soil. Learn how permaculture principles guide everything we do, hear the stories behind rare and seasonal varieties, and enjoy a relaxed experience surrounded by nature.
